The FootRests® 2.0 Trio Waterproof Metatarsal Guard Nano Toe 6” Boot features a waterproof upper, CoreTemp™ Temperature Control Lining, FootHolds® oil and slip resistant outsole and the Hytest exclusive Terrapin™ Internal Metatarsal Guard, which exceeds the ASTM standard for metatarsal impact. 

The armored look on the outside of the boot, mirrors the look and feel of the Terrapin Internal Met-guard found in the Trio. The style also comes equipped with CoreTemp Temperature Control lining to aid in protection and comfort. The lining absorbs heat to create a cooling effect and releases stored heat energy to warm. This continuous cycle helps maintain comfort 24/7.

HYTEST Safety Footwear to Launch NEW Rival Work Boot

In June 2022, HYTEST Safety Footwear will debut the FootRests® Rival Waterproof Nano Toe 6” Work Boot - the newest addition to their FootRests® collection.

HYTEST works to bring safety and dependability to those who work in some of the toughest environments. With comfort and protection top of mind, the brand has introduced key technologies to enhance breathability, slip resistance, support, and all-day stamina.

The Rival work boot will feature a premium waterproof full-grain leather upper with a Tec-Tuff abrasion resistant toe. The style also features a moisture-wicking mesh lining with waterproof membrane, a removable FootRests® tri-layer, anti-fatigue footbed, and the brand’s Xergy® anti-fatigue foam midsole that absorbs shock and returns energy.

For the Fall 2021 season, HYTEST Safety Footwear will debut a number of new styles, including additions to their FootRests® 2.0 collection - the Trio Waterproof Metatarsal Guard collection, the Crossover Waterproof Nano Toe Wellington, and the Women’s Maya Waterproof Metatarsal Guard None Toe Hiker. The Fall 2021 season will also include the Annex Nano Toe Leather Athletic, the Admiral Waterproof Steel Toe Metatarsal Guard Boots, the Surge Composite Toe Athletic, and the Women’s Dash Composite Toe Athletic. HYTEST works to bring safety and dependability to those who work in some of the toughest environments. With comfort and protection top of mind, the FootRests® 2.0 franchise has introduced key technologies to enhance breathability, slip resistance, support and improve upon all-day stamina. This season, Hytest is offering new safety footwear to meet the needs in both the light and heavy industrial work environments to provide safety toe protection in new, athletic styles.

FootRests® 2.0 Collection: The FootRests® 2.0 Trio Waterproof Metatarsal Guard Nano Toe Hiker is the hero product for the Fall 2021 season. Featuring a moisture-wicking mesh lining with waterproof membrane and CoreTempTM temperature control lining technology, the style also boasts the Xergy® anti-fatigue foam midsole and FootHolds® oil and slip resistant rubber outsole that is often found throughout the FootRests® 2.0 collection. Available in a shoe, 6” and 8” hikers, this style is set to launch in early November.

The FootRests® 2.0 Crossover Waterproof Nano Toe Wellington showcases a premium waterproof leather upper and the CoreTempTM temperature control lining technology, among other core brand features. This style is set to launch in mid November.

Finally, the Women’s Footrests® 2.0 Maya Waterproof Metatarsal Guard Nano Toe Hiker is a new take on last season’s Maya featuring an XRD® Internal metatarsal guard, a removable FootRests® tri-layer anti-fatigue footbed, and more. This style is set to launch in early November.

The Surge and the Dash Composite Toe Athletic shoes feature a non-metallic composite toe for lightweight protection designed to have ample foot room. Both shoes feature a removable footbed and flexible EVA midsole that provides cushion and support for long days on your feet; the outsole is an oil and slip-resistant rubber that provides added safety and durability. This style is set to launch in late November.

The Annex Nano Toe Leather Athletic features a moisture-wicking mesh lining and a comforssage massaging foam footbed for everyday comfort. It also features the Xergy® anti-fatigue foam midsole that absorbs shock and returns energy, and an oil and slip resistant rubber outsole. This style is set to launch at the end of September.

The Admiral Waterproof Metatarsal Guard Steel Toe Boots offered in a 6” and 8”, this style was Built in the USA by American workers using quality materials and features the Wolverine® DuraShocks® Technology in the TPU outsole. It also has a removable tri-layer, anti-fatigue footbed and a Polyurethane cushioned midsole. This style is set to launch at the end of September.

HYTEST Safety Footwear will debut The Annex Athletic shoe: a new athletic style that introduces the HYTEST exclusive Terrapin Internal Met-Guard Technology.

HYTEST works to bring safety and dependability to those who work in some of the toughest environments. With comfort and protection top of mind, the Annex joins the Xergy® Athletic franchise that has introduced key technologies to enhance worker productivity.

The Annex Athletic style, which was teased as a limited release in Fall 2020, features the Xergy® anti-fatigue foam midsole (that absorbs shock and returns energy), an oil & slip resistant rubber outsole, an athletic-inspired design with leather and TecTuff abrasion resistant material, a non-metallic nano safety toe and the HYTEST-exclusive Terrapin internal met-guard technology. This technology is built with dual-density TPU: the external shell deflects energy away from the foot while the inside cushion layer absorbs shock.

Within the CoreTemp TM collection, there are four different styles - The FootRests® 2.0 Charge 6” Hiker, the FootRests® 2.0 Charge Insulated 8” Hiker, the FootRests® 2.0 Zone Chelsea, and the FootRests® 2.0 Crossover Wellington. Both the Zone Chelsea and the Crossover Wellington feature full-grain waterproof leather, a moisture-wicking mesh lining, a removable tri-layer, anti-fatigue footbed, a lightweight Xergy® anti-fatigue foam midsole, and the FootHolds® rubber outsole.
