How it feels to sleep early again
For the past couple of weeks I've been sleep depriving myself just because school is about to start again this week and most probably I can't do the things I usually do anymore. I can't no longer please myself from sleeping late again.
But honestly I only sleep late because I have no time in the morning to do the things I want and to use the computer, I abuse the when everyone's already asleep. Yet I know what will be the effect on me when I continuously do this. Here are the basic things I know:
1. Can easily have a headache,
2. Have no energy to continue your day because you're tired.
3. Have the tendency to lose a lot of blood and can cause bigger problems.
4. Can affect your aging and your growth rat.e
5. And someone told me, it can shrink you brain.
Yes I am afraid, who wouldn't be? But of course, we are all in the same page that if there's nothing serious happening, we still continue doing it. And that I guess is not the best for us, that we might regret in the future.
Tomorrow will my first day of being a 4th year student. I am now a freaking 4th year graduating student! How's that sound? Heck yeah, this is not some jerry springer-shit this is for reals! But every excitement has always some butterflies in my stomach. There will be more responsibilities and more challenges as we face the Senior year. Hoping that everyone is here to support me and believe in me (even myself)
