Fun fact, I just recently learned what the word for Black Forest cake is in German- Scharzwalderkirschtorte! (Literally translated, black-forest-cherry-cake. I love the odd tradition of just smushing words together in European languages.)

Heads up about that twitter thread post on antis you reblogged a while ago: OP was proven to not have been a therapist at all and that was a burner account spreading direct misinformation about psychological care. Do your own research on what professionals do in the face of abnormal sexuality (not gay stuff but things that are often decried as harmful such as c/p) and be careful not to spread false info!

I appreciate the heads up! However this is a little confusing to me.

Mostly because I'm not entirely sure which reblog or post you mean.

If it's the one I think it is, about the therapist on Twitter. Then I find this, again, confusing. After getting this ask, I checked out the site and I did a little bit of looking to try and find credentials and what not. Because definitely check things. I also checked in the notes and tried to figure out if there were any links there or information about it and whatnot. I didn't find much. Of anything. I found people saying the same thing as you. But more interesting to me, some people were saying what I personally think on the matter.

That their own therapists were saying similar things. Mine has as well, and liking toxic characters doesn't make you toxic. And using fictions to explore bad things or just get all those intrusive thoughts and whatnot out is also perfectly okay. So maybe it doesnt truly matter if she's faking being a therapist? because what she's saying is ultimately true. As far as I can tell while there's no proof that she's a therapist, neither is there any proof she isn't.

Now the problematic behavior of pretending to be a therapist that can best be described with that one gif of John mulaney going "now we don't have time to unpack all of that"

....so there's that. If she really isn't a therapist.

However! I am absolutely willing and even happy to learn more! So if this is indeed this post, may I simply ask for some more proof on this or at least a little more information?
