The problem is im a girl and theyre all girls and i feel like it would make things awkward

In my experience awkward situations suck, but they always seem to go away with time. I guess it might be awkward when you tell them but if you’re close friends, I’m sure that in a couple of days (probably less) things will go back to the way the were before. Depending on your friends it probably won’t be awkward at all! I know it might be hard, but just try to mentally prepare yourself for that possibility and remember that awkwardness is nothing, but an uncomfortable feeling. I’ve noticed that it actually tends to foreshadow something good (growth, closeness, understanding etc). Honestly idk how things are going to turn out, but at least I’m supporting you (if that matters lol). Good luck!
