#there is progress in situationship town #you guys lack the entire lore but i‘ll fill you in #in this group of friends i play minecraft with is a certain guy i feel like i get along well with #and yeah i mentioned his kind acts here before but for those who don’t know/remember:#he pretty much did stuff for me without me ever asking. like upgrading my iron pickaxe to a fully enchanted one #or leaving me some saplings flowers and wood in my house because he was exploring and thought i could use it #or him keeping all the dirt he dug juuuuust for me because i seemingly mentioned once i needed dirt (ion remember tho)#and with that i was like. really touched? that he was so nice to me even though i never asked for any of it #and yeah so we get along well. he‘s 25. guys i think 25 is such a hot age don’t even ask me why but it is #so i do have some kind of interest in this guy. especially when he explained some redstone stuff to me and i understood nothing.#or when i watched him play geoguessr and he’s reaaaally good at it. or when he dropped random facts yesterday #like. keep talking all nerdy it’s SO 🫦 so yeah. there is someee romantic interest on my side but i don’t wanna be like. in a relationship.#i lowkey yearn for the situationship. DON‘T THROW TOMATOES AT ME YET 🖐️ i know situationships aren‘t usually great #but i don’t feel the serious commitment rn guys 😭🙏 not after my last relationship i want freedom for at least 3 more years lmfao #because he‘s 25 though i had some like. doubts. problems. whatever. with trying to get closer to him #because he keeps talking about himself as old and like what if he sees me as like. a child lol #and it was kinda difficult to just text him on discord without it seeming weird or too random. BUT YESTERDAY!!!!!#okay so the last two days we were in closer contact because i was helping him out with his project in minecraft and so we were talking lots #and yesterday when we were finished and logged out of minecraft he and another guy played geoguessr together and they shared their screen #eventually i fell asleep lol because i wasn’t feeling my best yesterday and those guys have the perfect voice to fall asleep to ngl #and i woke up to someone saying ‚the house is burning!!‘ but i didn’t realize what was really going on. only that i was alone in the vc #and when i left i saw that THE GUY TEXTED ME !!! which is huge progress guys bc it felt kinda impossible before #and he said ‚sleep well lol‘ and ‚hope your neck won’t kill you tomorrow💔‘ because he thought i was at my desk lol #but i was in fact in my bed because i wasn’t feeling too well yesterday lol #but yeah !!! we started texting now !!! i really gotta keep playing the long game because it’s WORKING #anyway that’s it. sorry for disappearing lol #the voices are speaking

#caution yap ahead #teen titans comics #bart allen #a year and a half in complete isolation just reading and reading because SOME PEOPLE in your life who are SUPPOSED to be family #made you feel utterly useless and your friends going through teen angst and relationships and secrets aren’t helping #so you force yourself into isolation to ‘catch up’ with the rest of the crowd because ‘you gotta grow up sometime too’#you’ve heard everyone say it all your life but after getting your knee blown up and then got surgery to fix it in a law breaking #no pain killers procedure where your biggest fear was dissappointing your family and not about the mass pain you were in #so you decided right after it was done to walk right to the library sit down and just read.. for a year and a half. alone. all to prove #yourself and to make those around you less annoyed with you #this is a comic Wally diss #I guess I just wish they showed us the emotional repercussions of this #the surgery was bad enough but to spend that long alone right after being in so much pain is devastating #they did mention his knee bothering him after these issues dropped so they get points for not completely forgetting it #and he was dropping all the facts after this so they weren’t completely forgetting it happened #I’m just curious why they left the isolation part out #not to mention he’s just moved states and his father figure is missing and he can’t do anything about that fact #and yeah I guess it was cool of teen titans to prove in cannon that Bart is smartTM #especially to a wider audience since more people were reading ttv3 rather than impulse 95 #I wonder why he took on the kid flash costume and moniker though.. I mean he could’ve stayed as impulse and it wouldn’t change anything #it wasn’t a progression through his family legacy either because we’ve seen him be prepared to go from impulse right to flash #multiple times too #I think Geoff just hated impulse and changed him to kid flash because it fit the titans mold better..#which is RIDICULOUS because Bart was a titan before even his solo series began during new titans
