hey i’m pretty sure that list was created in 2015. a girl linked a tweet from her twitter february of 2015 that had a screen shot of the exact list with all the members in it. it seems like the list was private for a while and it just recently (possibly around the day that they privated the list four years ago) was public again. i wouldn’t put too much stock into it except for possibly being side eye to it for becoming public again. lists for verified accounts were accessible before 2017.
