Never delay your teeth cleaning! Go every 6 months! I delayed a whole year and my teeth were bleeding I had gingavitis and they scraped so much and told me if I don’t floss I’m going to end up with infections and losing teeth! So now I’m off to buy floss and an electric tooth brush! I thought I was okay cus no cavities but they said my gums were so bad cus I don’t floss! I didn’t even care about my gums I always thought it was the teeth that mattered! So don’t put off cleaning! It hurts if you do!
