Umm ok idea of Tesshou realizing how much time has passed because of how much their relationship has evolved.. There's actually layers to this but that's the bottom line
Note... In my mind, Tesshou often plays with Kiyo's hair while he's deep in thought.. Or just does so absentmindedly as well
Ts genuinely makes me so sad to think about. It's so bittersweet thinking about what could have been.
