I saw Bill on the fandom wiki and just want to draw 404bill somewhat. (very random reason but i like them) In one of the remake versions by VNgaming somehow Bill had 1 LV... (Well not a big deal)

They have similarity in: -Cracked head -Large shift in personality comparing before and after -use something that resembles an axe  -has eye sockets of different color  -sort of scary generally(?)I guess they were meant to look like that -...Idk what else
