So idk how you feel about the whole Oboro/Kurogiri thing, but could you imagine an AU where Oboro survives and rescues Tenko before AFO finds him? Like "You wouldn't let me keep the cat so now I have a child instead" and Shouta is all "Oboro N O" but we all know that he is lowkey soft af so can he really complain that much?

i also have considered an AU where shirakumo and AFO find tenko at the same time, and caught between a rock and a hard place, shirakumo agrees to be tenko’s caretaker under AFO.  through the years, his viewpoints on hero society are questioned thanks to AFO’s manipulation, considering how carelessly UA let him go missing and how (seemingly) nobody ever attempted to find him. 

but there’s one thing that never comes into question, and that’s how shirakumo loves this kid with everything he has, and will continue to until the day he dies
