Furthermore, I propose that in that universe Bumblebee is actually TMSB in that universe, and Ms. Frizzle is a nonhuman entity who can use her magic to further influence his transformative power to shrink, grow, and other weird contortions. 

(based on a lucid dream I had a couple nights ago where Bee turned into a school bus for a little bit because he wanted to be more helpful to NEST by being a better transport? IDK he was being driven by Sam and he told me that Bee had been playing this on repeat.)
