Ok there’s this guy who I followed on insta the other week. He had a private acc and I thought he was from school. (Insta suggested him). Didn’t think about it anymore until he liked my story…

Like I don’t really speak Gen Z insta language. But the only people liking my stories are my friends or family or people i at least know. So I checked his acc and figured i had no clue who this man was. A friend of mine, who I saw the other week, did follow him. So I texted her to ask who he was.

She said he was a friend of her and that she told him about me??!! And that he was nice and single. She listed some hobbies that were similar to mine. So I was like: ok but do i dm him now, what the fuck do i do?

She replied to me but i didn’t open her text bcs i knew she would tell me to dm him and i’m WEAK. Lmao.

Then just now I open insta and he DM’ed ME. 😩

( Go go Gadget character prompt! :D ) How's Krystal holding up out there in Magus Falls? Has she heard anything of the Pact's status or of Destiny's Edge?

I’m not going to sugar-coat it, If it was not for Krystal’s innate healing magic, the Asura would have been dead before she hit the ground or at the very least soon after. When their ship was ripped apart, she fell through the middle and along the way broke a few ribs, an arm, hit her head pretty hard, and lost a leg.

Krystal doesn’t know what happened after the crash she doesn’t remember waking up and telling Vokzl she wasn’t afraid to die. She doesn’t remember the tears he shed trying to stop the bleeding and shouting for help. She doesn’t remember the small group of survivors that came to the rescue only to have three of them run away at the first sight of a mordrem.

What she does know, is when she finally woke up she was in a small tent with another wounded pact member. They’d set up a camp and it was fairly well fortified in its position. The other member was surprised to see Krystal wake up. He was bandaged up from a near fatal chest wound. He told her what was going on.

Nobody there knew the extent of the crashes and figured there was no way Mordremoth could have brought down the entire fleet. They were putting their hopes in things that were gone or destroyed.

It seemed like days blurred together for Krystal. Vokzl was nowhere to be seen as he’d went with a few others to scout the area and got found another camp only to be stuck there because of mordrem attacking. She feared the worst and figured he parished in the jungle. She figured they all would.

So in short, she’s definitely had better days.
