honestly, and this is sort of silly, but the most comforting thing about having anxiety is knowing that zayn malik has anxiety just like me and that he struggles with things in the same way as i do

#I sort of #see something of myself in zayn #because we both have white mums and brown dads #mine is indian but it's not far off #and the love of music and art we both share #and we both experience anxiety #and i know obviously we're not the same person or anything #i mean i should be so lucky #but it's sort of nice to see someone #who i relate to and someone who i sort of resonate with #go through the same things as i am #even if it's not everything I've gone through of experienced #it's nice to know I'm not alone #i guess #especially when anxiety can make you feel so alone #yeah #mine
