I remember last week I was watching this video about how to know if you're overtraining and one of the signs is that you get sick and I was like pshhhhh I haven't had any of these symptoms and I haven't been sick since I got the stomach flu in January lmao I got this!!!! And then the very next day after watching that video I had strep throat and a congested nose... Still sick sis... Still sick.
