I know it’s hard.
Loving the way you do,
getting attached too quickly,
giving so much of yourself away.
Losing parts of yourself when others leave,
then trying to find them again,
all alone in the dark.

I feel this weird hollowness in my memory. Not having a past of being “one of the girls.”
All of the friendships i have had. They have been real. They have been loving. But there has always been a gap… I wasn’t *me.* and so even though they loved me, trusted me, helped me, support me now, they didnt treat me the right way when we were together.
But that is not their fault. Or mine, really. There is no fault, there merely ..is..
And there is the future as well. I make friends even easier now. Not only do I perform good friendship, but i also perform my authentic self. People trust you when you’re comfortable being you.
this is the year I become myself
My Bear friend is courting my wife and I am excited but also nervous that he won’t like me anymore. Which makes no sense because why wouldn’t he want TWO hotties? I know my wife isn’t gonna leave me for him. We are solid. I really think it’s the PTSD and abandonment issues making me jump at shadows.
I wish I cared as little as you do
I'm so tired and I just want to be held.
Someday.
