I love little tin containers so I got these Star Trek mints mostly for the containers. They make me happy, and now I have something to feed my Tribble!! It makes a lot of noise when it's hungry. 😁😁😁

‐¿Creepypasta?(I like horror AUs but my friend told me they're called creepypastas)
I enjoy being told things,I enjoy questions and answering them.
My blog might also be triggering but I'll always put a warning and never be anything above tv-14 rating. And if I don't catch any of my content as triggering plz tell me, I want my blog to be safe.
So off topic but my biology teacher called Lystrosaurus a dinosaur even though they were closer to mammals and it's really on my nerves. Part of it because I hate her and she hates me but the other part is that it's almost scientifically wrong. Not all prehistoric animals were dinosaurs.
Someone Put Him Down
They had been traveling through pristine white grains for who knows how long, rations were getting a little scarce. Occtis couldn't help but feel semiresponsible for the sheer amount of shit they found themselves in.
He felt he owed it to Julien who lost his family, more specifically his father due to his own father and brothers hands and lackeys.
To Taisha, who pulled him from death and was actively seeking out her blood son. An orc warrior who stood fighting against swarms of undead in some fucked up vision he got when life poured into his veins.
To Vaelus, who he only recently figured out why she was specifically here. The stone of nightsong being partially responsible for his death and reanimation. Unsure of the effects of its proximity, he feels like he owes the elven warrior some rest while he stays awake.
To Dr Talter, who they just dragged here with no time for preparation. To Gaya Seremai, a vassal knight to his family.
He felt he owed it to every mortal being around him. He was a Tachonis after all. A descendent of the house of shadow and undeath, heading into a scar carved into the world where shadow and undeath bled and overflowed into ruins left from a fight long since fought.
So he fought rest. He stayed awake. He tried resting once, took a while to find a memory that was kind enough to exist in for a prolonged period of time...but he rested. And now, in a place that screams Tachonis, he stays awake. He owes it to his party. Despite knowing he felt better post trance. Knowing damn well that if he didn't do this regularly, something bad would happen. He still remains fully conscious.
One night- day- its hard to tell in Vennautus- the Seekers sat around each other, dim starlight cascading down their skin as breif conversation ensued. "What are our next steps before we welcome the cold embrace of sleep?" A voice wrapped around Occtis' ears, that same accented shadow that had attached to him since his reanimation.
"I don't know, Julien" Taisha responded, her hair gently hitting Occtis' shoulder as she moved to a more comfortable sitting position on the ground. "I'm not getting a ping. I need to know if he's okay- if he's ALIVE..." Her voice crackled like fire, her eyes faintly glowing with a warm burn of orange- similar to all too hot metal. "I have to. Not just for me. For Hal- for Shadia...I have to find him"
Occtis sat, he couldn't remember how long it had been since the carriage flight over to Gerwyn. With no urgency of exhaustion, time was blurred into a cesspool of events. "We'll find him Taisha" so we can make him one of ours. Occtis shook his head, that voice wasnt his own. It echoed in his mind, a faint giggle following behind it. What was happening? Looking around, he hoped and begged fate that he didnt say that out loud. Judging by Taishas eyes widening in panic, he can assume he did.
"What" Her tone went cold, eyes hardening into the same stone her circle worked with. He could almost see the steam rolling off of her from the metal plates that hugged her spine. "Repeat that last part. Now."
Occtis obliged, his lips failing him as he tried to regain control. This wasnt him and he knew it, he hoped everyone had insight to spare. "We'll find him. Ensure he's alive...bring him home." That last part bit into Taishas memory, having no knowledge of what exactly happened to Alogar in his childhood to achieve the primal reaction he got from her. Something was wrong.
Vaelus shot up, stopping Taisha's hand mere millimetres away from Occtis' throat, "Taisha stop! We've already had run ins with phantom voices, who's to say this isn't another trick of the Barrowdells?" Vaelus tried to persuade the druid before her, her words rolled off of Taishas skin and landed somewhere in the place between places.
Julien, ever the tactical mind watched Occtis' body language shift ever so slightly. Rapier drawing instinctively from its sheath, "Back away from him" was all he spoke. The young Tachonis turned to look at him, eyes blasted wide with that sickening green glow. Something was wrong. They couldn't place what exactly, but something was wrong.
Before any of them could begin to think about what shifted in the air, Occtis' form faded out of reality for a blink, an obsidian mist taking his place. "Occtis?" Vaelus asked the air where the boy once was. To Julien, all that appeared out of the darkness was two pinpricks of green.
"I'm right here, Vaelus" Occtis' voice was gravely, every word crunching through the air, "I won't leave you alone, like others would" the words met Vaelus' ears, stabbing them with tantalising dread. "After all..." Occtis stepped from the shadows, a snap heard through the thick of the night, "I am Aramans symbol of hope, right?"
Vaelus, Taisha and Julien shared a glance at one another, a silent agreement. They didn't have much time before a glow of green writing appeared before them. "Oh fuck" Julien and Taisha said in unison, Vaelus unclipping the censer whip from her waist. Out of the sigil antlers appeared, white stalks of pure bone as hooved legs came into view. Flesh hugged the bones of this creature in chunks, frayed at the edges as an absolutely desecated fawn appeared before the trio.
Taisha blinked, Hala flickering in and out of her memory. They had to stop Occtis. "We have to stop him...Julien, guard Talter and Seremai. Vaelus...focus on Hal- his deer." Tactics. Narrow it down. Multiple things happened at once, Julien rushed to his new companions sides, Vaelus swung her censer around the deer's antlers and pulled the chain taught. Taisha stepped carefully forward, invading Occtis' space. Her eyes scanned the boy before her, his eyes were shaking. Pupils dialated, vibrating rapidly in his skull.
Occtis mind was a wreck, almost a smaller version of him attempting to bookmark the books and put them away in their proper shelves when an earthquake crashed every 6 seconds. He'd falter, get a book placed then watch it fall again. He didn't know what was happening, he wasn't in control. The boy wanted to scream out for help, watching his body conjure up an undead creature without his direction. He was lost. He was gonna die again.
Taisha's eyes flared, the boy before her trying to move and failing. So long as she concentrated on Occtis, the party could succeed. She studied the expression of the young necromancer, recognising the pure terror behind his eyes. She had only really seen this look once or twice, always when something was far beyond his control. "Someone put him down" she whispered, hoping others could hear.
Vaelus held the deers antler, breaking the bones and swinging once more. Her whip wrapped around the creaturea throat, holding it steady as she moves behind it to pull the chain taught once more. Julien readying for any attacks made by the boy. Magicians and their silly little tricks.
Pin had trotted beside Julien, buttons gazing upward as its mouth unhinged in a deafening crackle of bones and stitches. A skeletal hand pushing from its maw as it grasped Juliens ankle and held firm. The skin on Julien's ankle began to darken and wither, pain seering up through his veins. "Ah!!"
Taisha looked back, seeing the scene unfolding. Occtis was held, how could he be doing that? Her mind reeled as she called out to her friend, "Occtis. Stop" her voice was stern but broken, a hand finding its place on Occtis' chest as she heated the metal holding him shut. A crimson tear fell from the boys eyes, he could still feel pain.
Vaelus held firm on the deer, pulling back hard as the head of this undead creature popped off with a sickening release of air. She remembered something she had told the boy in the carriage. Command. She could try to command him to stop. Hitting all at once, she tried to remember the last time he slept. The carriage. He needed to reset. "I HAVE AN IDEA" Vaelus yelled, running to Taishas side.
Julien tried swinging at the fox beside him, missing by a stitch as the skeletal claw dug deeper, "Well hurry the fuck up!!"
Occtis' mental state was a fresh hell. He couldn't do anything, he could only watch as his body moved and acted against his will. The necromancer was at a loss.
Taisha broke her attention from Occtis as Vaelus arrived. "Whats your move?"
"Help me keep him still" Vaelus reached a hand out, grabbing Occtis head and holding firm. "Sleep" her voice echoed around them, Occtis twitching in her hold. It didn't work. Vaelus took a deep breath, preparing for whatever horrors Occtis would be doing next.
"I'll sleep when Im dead" Occtis smirked, "oh wait-" still being held by Taisha, his eyes still vibrating rapidly in their sockets. The claw dug deeper into Juliens skin, more of it feathering away and darkening quickly.
Taisha held concentration, hand holding him and her spell aura as well. She simply nodded to Vaelus, "try again"
Vaelus did just that, firmer this time. Her voice boomed around them, "I COMMAND YOU, OCCTIS TACHONIS-" her tone rumbled through the air, "SLEEP"
Occtis dropped, eyes snapping open as his body went limp. The skeletal hand disappeared, Pin trotting back over to Occtis' side. Inside the boys mind, all the books floated to the air. Bookmarks placed where needed as they began to slot themselves in their rightful places. The quake had stopped, everything stopped as the spectral library faded in and out of clarity.
Taisha and Vaelus shared a glance, a silent agreement holding between them. If push came to shove- they had to force Occtis to rest.
If not for Occtis' sake...
For the sake of the party
I have a new need
Honestly Medic's confirmed first name being "Herbert" is kinda eh.. (I know it got revealed all the way back in December BUT DECEMBER FOR ME WAS LIKE YESTERDAY, OKAY??)
It IS a good name don't get me wrong but it is a bit generic in my opinion. As a German, it's more of a name that gives old fart vibes like idk... Hellmut or Jochen. (Shhh I know TF2 set in like the 60/70's, so that would make sense, regarding the time and names like that were popular but STILL!!)
BUT YA KNOW WHAT I NAME I PERSONALLY GIVE HIM?
linus.. LINUS LUDWIG.
WHY? Because Linus gives me that nerdy vibe. Every Linus that I have met is either nerdy and a know it all.. OR!! Nerdy and reserved. And yk it Is a German name.
I also had a white cat named Linus and white cats remind me of Medic.
Also, If you think of the REDs and BLUs as seperate people, you could sort the two stereotypes I've given to the two Medics:
RED: know it all BLU: reserved
Why is BLU the shy one? BECAUSE COLOR THEORY, THAT'S WHY! BLUE=CALM, SAD, UHHH IDK ANYMORE ADJECTIVES... WATER.
So yeah thanksies for reading my rant DANKIII
