Laptop, Labour, and the Lies of Locke Lamora.

So yes, I am back to being able to tumbl about, thanks to my beautiful new laptop. It is lovely. And I love it. All my gifs are gone. But that's ok. I will simply stun you all with my dazzling wordplay, my wit so sharp; you won't even realise you've been cut.

I am in work right now. Thus breaking a vow I swore to myself at the peak of Mt Olympus, or possibly the foot of Vinegar Hill, that I would never work a job that made me unhappy. BUT it's really not a bad job. Has it's ups and downs. It's just that the downs are pretty steep.

Back in college, which makes me very happy, and at the same time very anxious about THE FUTURE. Learning: GOOD. Failing: BAD. I need to keep up the habit of programming regularly. And for the love of God, try to ask for help when I need it. Major character flaw right thur.

The Lies of Locke Lamora is a fantasy novel by Scott Lynch. Not really relevant, just added it to the title because it sounded nice (and lists look better in threes). It is on my reading list, however. Which I will probably post at some point in the future. Hopefully, I will be able to continue to make time for reading (and such), and still focus on Priority 1. Achieving Degree.
