Thinking about my Leon being a clone and how different he would be...

Having the same name as his original is out of the question, but he wants to feel a sort of connection. Because in the grand scheme of things, the real Leon Kennedy is his only "family". So the dynamic he has with him is a blend — he wants a head pat like he's a kid who made dad proud, he wants to test limits like siblings at play, he wants to get into the type of Situations with the Cool Uncle where Mum & Dad (his handler & Ingrid Hunnigan) can never find out.

Ultimately, if he is allowed to choose his own name, he wants to go by Scott. Otherwise he was designated as Ares.

Because he is a clone, he has no memories of Leon's own life. He didn't have a childhood at all, he was rapidly aged as a fucked up test tube experiment via The Connections. He has none of Leon's physical or mental scars or injuries. He is essentially a clean slate and as such he will adopt his own personality.

As Ares, he can be brought to heel. He has been conditioned to a strict hierarchy and he follows his orders as law. His punishment for so much as hesitation is a painful electric shock, and his punishment for insubordination is a mix of social isolation, deprivation and painful stimulation until he performs within his expected parameters. He does not derive any pleasure from being a violent attack dog.

As Scott, he feels more rebellious towards authority, especially when it comes from a harsher voice. He is naturally very curious — there's a lot of first experiences for him — and he's actually quite soft and sweet. Initially the quips from Leon would soar over his head or he takes what he says literally. Give him time and he will pick up on joking as a reaction to things as well.

He has the iron stomach of a young man. Catch him living exclusively off foods from some form of packaging / that can be heated up. He will order in and eat pizza 7/7 nights of the week if he has the funds, he has ordered one of every type from the menu. He does not know how to handle (prepare and cook) most whole foods. He would have less salt intake if he lived off a salt lick to be fucking honest. He is so upset he ate so many apple cores because no one told him not to those are the WORST PART.

In contrast to Leon, he doesn't have any deep ingrained trauma around helping others. But he sees his own life as lesser when it comes to Leon. If he can take a risk that saves Leon's life, he will, without hesitation.
