My partner keeps mentioning weight loss and how they skip meals all the time and frame it like it's a good thing. But when I try to say it's not healthy (way to lose weight), they won't listen.
They also keep celebrating when they weigh like 1 kg less today than yesterday and I keep reminding them that that's how bodies work...
Like I'm not expert on dieting or weight loss, but I KNOW the solution is not to starve yourself.
