I’tan: Fah’kiri stares then snorts. “So. You want me to rate the grumpiest, most aloof, and most dry humored man that I’ve ever met? The one that almost never cracks a smile and Loa forbid he laughs? You want me to rate him.” She smiles. “If you’re just going by looks alone, you’re missing out, but he’s definitely way more than 10.”
Dashlan: Tisa blinks and her purple cheeks darken even more at the question. “I-… I am fortunate in that the gods showed me enough favor to decide to place Dashlan in my life. As arranged matches go, I was incredibly lucky to get a man who is both kind and patient. He is competent and steadfast and those are all very attractive qualities. Aesthetically, he is very pleasing. So, highest marks.” (She doesn’t do well with random people asking personal questions. It was either that or “Piss off.”)
Jiji: “Me again?” The druid huffs, sitting down. “Najirah? My cousin? … Jiji’s got good hair and an okay enough face I guess. And she’s got nice boobs I guess?” Fah’kiri just looks very confused. “She’s alright to look at for other folks so long as you can get past her attitude. Like dragging a whelp with you nonstop. ‘Kiri pie let’s get some pie! Oooh this is so cool look it’s shiny! Kiri, Zalmai kicked me out can I stay here?’ Feh. 7 out of 10. Much love cuz.”
Posie: Underneath all the oil and grime, Zivverna flushes a darker shade of green. “Posie? Wh-what about her? Who told you to ask me this? She’s decent looking enough! Go away, I got work!” (10/10 though damned if she’ll admit it.)

1. What is your name?
"I'tan."
Dash reaches for his handy dandy notebook and scribbles out "Dash."
2. What is your real name?
"I'tan is the only name I am known by. I had another name when I was an infant, but even if I knew it you would have no need to hear it."
More scribbling. "Dashlan Everbranch. Or is it Dashlan Swiftfire now? I should probably ask someone, I'm not sure how the married name thing works."
3. Do you know why you were called that?
I'tan just gives the interviewer a look that suggests they ought to move on to a question that isn't ridiculous.
"Dashlan? No idea. Everbranch is my family name."
4. Are you single or taken?
"I..." For once I'tan seems mildly stumped, but settles on "Neither. Both."
"Married."
5. Have any abilities or powers?
"I have a few abilities at my disposal as a priest of Bwonsamdi, though not all of them are exclusive to my occupation. I commune with the spirits of the dead, guide them to the Baron or break any bindings that might keep them. I have some measure of healing abilities, as well. There's more to it than that but I don't have the time to waste educating a non-troll on the intricacies of service to Bswonsamdi."
Dash looks a little embarrassed. "Didn't get very far in training as a druid. I can help heal very minor wounds, can coax a sprout from a seed, and can (and do) still sometimes swim around in my water form. I have been told, though, that I have a remarkable ability to be annoying without saying a word."
6. Stop being a Mary Sue.
"Perhaps I'll stop being one as soon as you tell me what it is."
"?" All he writes is a big question mark.
7. What’s your eye color?
"Light blue. Aqua, I suppose is the correct color name."
"Pale amber."
8. How about your hair color?
"White, mostly, with a few black streaks."
"Um... what would you call this color, anyway? Teal? Aqua? Tealqua?"
9. Have you any family members?
"My mother is still alive, as well as my sister. I also have two half-sisters and a brother, but I don't know what they might be up to or whether they're still alive or not. Those are my blood relations, though. For what I would call family... I have Kawe'ya, Fah'kiri, and Qa'yima."
"Big family. Great-grandparents, grandparents, great aunts and uncles, parents, aunts, uncles, cousins, sisters sister."
10. Oh? What about pets?
I'tan and Dash both answer with "No pets."
11. That’s cool I guess, now tell me about something you don’t like.
"Unorganized messes, people who don't respect others' privacy-" this is punctuated with another of his looks "-willful ignorance, and goblins."
"My sister, Alaedda. Insistence on adhering strictly to traditions because 'that's the way it's always been done.' Disrespecting a person's choices or boundaries. Being caged."
12. Do you have any hobbies/activities you like doing?
"I enjoy translating scrolls and books, and learning new languages. I'm actually working on the Draenei language currently, though it's proving to be quite a challenge."
"Cooking! And eating. Swimming, sailing, traveling, reading, wrestling/sparring, fencing."
13. Ever hurt anyone before?
"Yes."
"Not intentionally, at least not since I was a child and scrapped with Alaedda all the time. She won usually, being 7 years older than me..."
14. Ever… killed anyone before?
"Yes, usually as a part of my duties as a priest whether it be a sacrifice, helping someone on their way to the Baron, or in defending the tribe and village or myself from attack."
Dash just shakes his head, No.
15. What kind of animal are you?
"I am a troll, I'm not an animal."
"Otter!"
16. Name your worst habits.
“Ask Fah'kiri and Kawe'ya, I'm sure they can tell you a few dozen. 'Being a sarcastic asshole' is probably at the top of the list. I suppose I don't get enough sleep, either. Does that count?”
“Worrying too much, I guess. Running away from responsibility. Throwing my dirty clothes at the basket and not picking them up if I miss.”
17. Do you look up to anyone at all?
“My mother, she's the only person I know who's taller than me.” (Jfc a joke from I'tan, it's the end times!)
“My parents and great-grandparents, even if they're a bit old-fashioned.
18. Gay, straight, or bisexual?
“I'm not sure what that has to do with anything or why you need to know.”
Dash thinks about it a moment before writing “Bisexual, I guess? I just like people.”
19. Do you go to school?
“No.”
"Used to, though my mom wants me to study with her and my dad again. Druid stuff and whatnot.”
20. Do you ever want to marry and have kids one day?
I'tan just -stares.- Like, an uncomfortably long time. Finally relents with a “I have sired children.”
Dash pales a bit. “Well, I'm married already. Still a newlywed. Kids? I hope so, some day. That's something we haven't talked about much yet, but I do love kids.”
21. Do you have any fanboys/fangirls?
"What?"
“Oh, MILLIONS, I'm sure. Just look at me! I'm a phenomenon.”
22. What are you most afraid of?
“These questions are needlessly invasive.” I'tan shifts, and actually appears uncomfortable despite his attempts at cool detachment. “Fire, but that's a reasonable fear for a troll. That's all you need to know.”
“You know, I'm not really sure. I kinda had to face my biggest fear recently and it actually turned out not so bad. I guess now I'm afraid my marriage might sour, that my wife and I will end up hating each other. I really worry what she'll think of me when she finds out the reason I can't speak, or about my... my lovers in Booty Bay. Former lovers, I mean.”
23. What do you usually wear?
"It depends on what I am doing. Usually I wear my charms and beads, and I keep my daggers on me at all times when I leave my hut. Black wrap pants, little else. Sometimes I need to wear more elaborate ceremonial garb. When I'm at home and not needed for anything I wear as little as possible.”
"Ever since the wedding I've made it a point to wear clothing that is as simple as possible, and no shoes if I can help it. I wore enough fancy, silky, beaded, embroidered, satiny, ridiculous clothing at the wedding and the days leading up to it. I want to be done with that for now."
24. Do you love someone?
"I have loved ones, yes."
"I love my family. Most of them. I love... someone. Next question."
25. When was the last time you wet yourself?
"When I was a very small child."
"….okay, but you have to swear not to tell ANYONE. I uh. I'm something of a lightweight with alcohol and there might have been a couple of 'blackout' incidents with.. friends. And I also might apparently have a bladder issue control when I'm passed out. I don't drink like that anymore."

"I'm of the class that is getting increasingly irate with these questions."

"Enough."
"Not enough! Always room for more friends."

"I enjoy savory pies, but I'm not terribly fond of sweet ones."
"I LOVE PIE. I love baking them, giving them as gifts, eating them, everything. Love pies, all kinds."
30. Favorite drink?
"Water or tea."
"Tough choice. I like wine, water, tea, ale, mead, coffee, juice."
31. What’s your favorite place?
“Anywhere I can get some quiet. I like my hut well enough, or sitting on the beach at night.”
"In the water, doesn't matter where. Out on the seas, or in a river or lake. I'd love to eventually live somewhere I can be surrounded by water."
32. Are you interested in someone?
"Yes. Can we hurry this along?."
"I should hope so, I'm married." He grins as he writes this answer out, though his eyes didn't seem to get the memo to smile.
33. What’s your bra cup size and/or how big is your willy?
“I really don't see why you need to know this. It's big enough, next question.”
“HUGE. Monstrous. Absolutely enormous. Or, you know I guess it's a little bigger than average?”
34. Would you rather swim in the lake or the ocean?
“Either is fine."
"I love all water, but the ocean is special to me." 35. What’s your type?
"Someone who understands my duties to the Baron and to my people will always come first, and someone with a good head on their shoulders."
"Oh, I don't know that I have a type. Physically I like strong, broad people. Personality? Kind, humorous, easy-going. I've been interested in many types of people, I just can't stand cruelty or closed-mindedness."
36. Any fetishes?
"Kinks, yes. Nothing that qualifies as an actual fetish, though.”
"Why you asking?" He passes the paper over and waggles his eyebrows so hard they seem in danger of falling off.

"I don't recognize the first terms, but I suppose I am a dominant top."
"Why limit yourself to one role? I like a little bit of everything."

"I have no preference, though I'm rarely away from home long so I suppose indoors."
"Indoors. I enjoy camping, don't get me wrong, but I'll take a soft bed over hard ground any day."

For I'tan, I think his biggest taboo thing is his growing tolerance of undead. Many trolls distrust the undead, and for a priest of Bwonsamdi it would certainly be understood or even expected for their to be hostility, and while I'tan once felt that way he's found his views shifting slowly over the past couple of years. I don't think he'd ever openly approve of undead anything (especially undead trolls) or be buddy buddy with them, though now that I think about it I'm pretty curious as to how that would affect his relationship with Bwonsamdi HMMM
Mae always has a pair of tongs in the house, but not to cook with. She uses them to grab things that are on shelves or hanging high on the wall; she's so short she can't reach things that are within easy reach for most other trolls.
14) What’s something that your character’s really into that others might not expect? For I'tan.
Dirty dwarven limericks.
No, really. He knows several languages, dwarvish included. While he was teaching himself to read it he came across a few limericks scribbled in the back of a book and he cracked the fuck up. Now he's got a small book of them hidden in with his other books, and he adds new ones to them as he comes across them.
