Here's my 3rd recipe for the i-Zing's!
FRUIT SALAMI
Recipe:
• 700g i-zing
• 400g Digestive Biscuits
• 200g Mini Marshmallows
Method: Heat i-zing, add in broken biscuits - stirring until fully covered and then add in marshmallows.
Press into a long sausage shape and wrap in cling film.
Place in fridge for 2 hours to set up.
