ULQUIORRA can perfectly imitate someone’s voice, regardless of age, gender, or pitch. So as long as he has heard it, he is able to perfectly emulate the sound and pitch, but not the speech pattern. When he is mirroring, something always sounds off, strange.
It sounds artificial, as if it were something inhuman attempting to sound and act human.
The same can be said when Ulquiorra attempts to emulate expressions and gestures. Expressively is something that is hardwired into humans, but it is something that he innately lacks.

all of my knowledge is coming from new horizons, so just some backstory for those who do not know the game !!
isabelle is a dog npc in the game, who works for nook inc, and is basically the assistant to tom nook and your character. she helps out within the island as part of the resident services. she’s in charge of the more hands on things with the villagers, where tom is focused on construction.
she stays inside resident services, unless there is a celebration, and spends most of her day in the office with tom, doing what she can to make the island run smoothly. she’s in charge of putting out any changes your character makes to the ordinances, island design, and handling villager disagreements.
she absolutely hates confrontation, please do not come to her with villager complaints, she will cry
she is very much a people pleaser, and loves to do what she can to make people feel special. she sends everyone valentine’s cards, stays up all night doing them. she also does the morning announcements for the island and does special birthday shoutouts.
just all around a ray of sunshine who works for a money driven raccoon.. they’re best friends but also she for sure is overworked for literally zero pay. but she loves her work
she will ramble on forever, if she doesn’t catch herself. she loves to tell people about the shows she’s watching, about little stories that pop up in her head, or offering advice when she can. even if no one asks.

i don’t know when the last time she had a day off was. probably never lbr, because even if she takes a day off, she is still answering emails and making phone calls. she will not shut her phone off.

she’s the assistant to the mayor, so she’s sticking with a very similar job to the one she does in canon. she likes it, it gives her a sense of purpose, a way to help.
