I had some issues using a coupon from a Starbucks event/game thing, so I email back like it says on the bottom of the email, and like. a week later (today) I get an autoresponse back? that is in English and French, like, this email box is not monitored, thank you for emailing! etc etc “If your email is regarding the Canadian Skills test or an issue regarding-” but I’m already like, regarding the WHAT. lmao. anyway it directs me to a link to the general Starbucks customer support, and then said the same message again in French. wild.
