I still have some pictures and stories from last trip to Brazil. This is the Casa de Queijo Quilombo - Quilombo Cheese House. I remember when it used to be a tiny shop with a small counter... It is now a quite big shop with cheese, artisan goods and several other snacks!
If you check on google maps, you can see how small and how far away from the big city area this place is located at. It was a relaxing break from my road trip to have some mozzarella cheese knots while listening to the wild birds chirping and the wind shaking the trees.
