These "overseers" clearly have control of the situation. He obviously is in no position to do anything except obey their commands which he's doing. What was the justification for: *Slamming him against the car *Sweeping his feet from under him *Allowing his head to hit the pavement *Putting a forearm to his throat until he's forced to say those three Infamous words, "I CAN'T BREATHE!"? April 26 marked the opening of the Legacy Museum and the National Memorial for Peace and Justice, which are dedicated to showing the horrors inflicted on black Americans in the generations since slavery.
