"WHY WASN'T HE SHOT DEAD?" ************************************************* The question is not stated with the intent of wishing this man or anyone else harm. The question carries more of a sarcastic contemplation. You see over the last 10 years, in particular, the increased assaults and murders by police on and of people of color has been excused as long as an officers states, "I was in fear for my life." or "I felt my life was in danger." I don't dislike the police. I appreciate the job they're supposed to do.
