For the bodysuit thing: I think it's a whole bodysuit with a zipper somewhere, and i guess Jason would have something similar, however i don't exclude the fact that Jason might just have a two-piece since he has kinda-loose trousers.

Looks like a one piece to me. Assuming the suit has some sort of tactical purpose (i.e. being fireproof) it makes sense for it to be one piece so there would be no chinks in the armor. And yeah, I feel it’s safe to assume Bruce would model robin’s armor off of his own.

It seems like it’d be a one-piece with fastenings and then just underwear underneath. Robin’s is probably much lighter, considering he’s supposed to be speed and not getting hit- though in Arkham game-verse I’d say it’s almost as heavy as Bruce’s.

I feel like Bruce's undersuit is definitely one piece, and that any robin costume would have a similar design.
