I am a rainbow

I choose to see the world through a multi coloured lens and appreciate the beauty of all that is complex, unique and individual of the world around me.

I accept that I have non negotiables, however, I have the insight and compassion to consider the differing elements that may influence the thoughts and behaviours of both myself and others.

I appreciate my individual difference and that, at times, I can be challenged with a more black and white outlook and judgement, however, at these times, I remember that I am a Rainbow, because I also have the ability through insight and intuition, to view through a compassionate and multi-coloured lens.

It is not enough for me to understand my differences, I live with a mental disability; therefore it is for others to understand and work with me. My insight and intuition have become the ‘beating heart’ that give me access in an able world.

My writing has allowed me to become who I am and I see it as ‘my gift.’

ella es una arcoiris

aquii estoy  caminando en la vida lleno momentos duros con personas que tiene mal dia  la niña que ussaba calsetines de arcoiris  bufanda azul de miles colores que sabe que la mayor se vea bien en ciudad en la mitad de una plaza   cuando cresio  pero admito la vida de estella o curella devil se parecia mi vida  cuando cruella era niña  pero asi soy como hija la mayor era como japer  aunque con nuestra madre  compartiendo acesorios :)  una pudul que  se bajaba del coche  como amigo de cruella   paraque se le pegue las pulgas :) pero cresi era como jirafa XD pero ahora  estatura de niña de 9 años   con la personalidad de cruella devil no tanto como estella  expeto de estilo :)
