Which video game character do you most identify with (and why, if you like)?
Feed your dashboard by answering my question, blogger.
Hat Kid (A Hat in Time), for her chaotic gremlin energy.
Kris (Deltarune), for feeling trapped in a story that's not my own/identity issues.
Frisk (Undertale), for curiosity and wanting the best for those around me.
And these ones aren't video game characters, but...
Spinel & Steven (Steven Universe (specifically Future for Steven)), for feeling like I'm not good enough for anyone, for feeling like I only cause problems/hurt people (feeling like a burden), for wanting to be a good friend but feeling like i'm failing, for refusing to ask for help when i need it because "i don't want to be a problem" and "i should be able to take care of this myself!", and for hating myself when i don't meet expectations.
Donatello Hamato (Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles), for being a low empathy autistic person who cares about my people, for making "careless" mistakes without realizing how they might hurt others, for doing everything in my power to make up for mistakes and ensure it doesn't happen again, for infodumping nonstop about my special interests, for wanting others to participate in the things that make me happy, and for doing weird projects that my family thinks are dumb and pointless (or creepy).
And Caine (The Amazing Digital Circus), for desperately trying to make people happy, for being a people pleaser, for wanting to feel loved (while also feeling unlovable), for having massive meltdowns, for caring so so SO much what others think of me, for lashing out when upset (even though i don't actually want to hurt anyone), for making myself look small when sad/scared, and for trying to change myself to match what people want from me (personal examples: forcing myself to be quiet when i'm a naturally loud person, forcing myself to be still when people complain about my stimming, making efforts to take up as little physical space as possible, not sharing my thoughts/feelings because people get irritated when i do, etc.)
