Your opinion on Pearl!

She’s great!! I can relate to her character a pretty good deal; she’s a bit of a mess internally but tries not to show it, and when she inevitably does, it’s usually an incredibly realistic depiction … and I really wish I’d have seen something like that growing up, y’know? Seeing her cry, holding her face in her hands like that, it really got to me.

People on Tumblr seem to give her a lot of flak but she’s precious and great. A bit misguided, but she does her best with what she has, and tries to learn from her mistakes.
