So thankful for @chocodinosaur89 for constantly yelling at me and kicking my butt to whip me back into shape & to constantly get closer and closer to my goal! As much as I hate to show my first pic I won't be ashamed of my journey! In a little over a month I've lost almost 10 lbs, gone down 1 pant size & 2 dress sizes & have drop a size in my bra band. :D all it takes it dedication & non stop motivation & in my case an amazing family of trainers & friends! thanks to @f_e_r_g_fwc @jzavala2 , Sunday & my mom for constant motivation, yelling & knowing I can always give more #eatingright #workinghard #notthereyetbutitsnotrace #fitwchris #iamchris #onemealandworkoutatatime
