First of all, thank you. Now on to the main reason for this post.

Just recently, a very very dear high school friend of mine got in contact with her birth mother after 10 years of searching. They have been in contact and are so eager to meet each other. Unfortunately my friend is in MD and her birth family is in FL, and she can't make the trip with her current financial situation. She is raising money through GoFundMe to save up enough money to cover the trip for herself, her son, her step-daughter, and her partner.

As someone who is also adopted and has been blessed with the opportunity to meet my own birth mother, I know how important and amazing this experience can be. I deeply implore you to please help her realize this dream of hers! It would mean the world to her (and to me). I've seen the amazing reach and generosity that Tumblr can bring forth, and I'd love to be able to give her that help.
