Today's mantra: Dear Lord, please continue to be with us and NEVER, EVER let us lose our voices. Let us always be able to speak out against injustices, whether it be against us or others. AMEN!!! #iammanythings #noracismagainstlocals #noracismagainstdisabled #peacefulwarrior #peacefulprotests #doallthingswithlove #iloveyouLord #thankyouJesus #ourGodisanawesomeGod #ace #awesomecrusheveryday #thankyouStMichaelforhavingmyback ✨💚😍🤙🏼👼🏼🙏🏼✊🏼🌈💦🤙🏼😍💚✨ •I am known to use my voice when things are NOT right. But one day recently, a young white boy took away MY VOICE in a power-play in a store. He had me stand at the store entrance while another worker cleaned up my dog's accident citing "standard procedure". Fighting humiliation and a panic attack, I could do nothing but stand there with my head down when all I wanted to do was speak out. I felt helpless. When I finally left the store, I broke down and talked things out with my daughter then called store manager. •Turns out, he was wrong, she was very apologetic and assured me she'd take care of the situation. •I pray I'm never in a situation again where I lose my ability to speak up for myself or for someone else in need. Especially when it's a situation caused by racism, sexism, harassment of any kind. And I pray that for all of you too, my sisters and brothers. •You know how strong you are until being stronger is your only choice. 💚💪🏼💚 (at Where the Love Flows from)

Eden looked at her brother and nodded slightly, it actually was an easy mission and they had prepared everything for months. Just open the portal (which was Liam's Job), talk to the leader, gain him as an ally, go back. That's it. Her only mission was to take care that everything went according to plan and no one would dare to start a fight. So, she had equipped her weapons and her best armor while her brother had prepared the portal. Her hair moved lightly as she felt the energy balling up around her, focusing around Liam until he lifted his arms, ripping an invisible shroud in front of him apart. The rift hung in the air glowing, the air vibrating around it. The prince moved next to her, "never forget, no matter what will happen, never let go of my hand." He didn't need to tell her that, she already knew, this wasn't her first time and probably not the last time. With calm fingers she reached for his hand, holding him tight and he did the same and together they walked through the portal.
The next thing she could remember was that something pulled on her, hard and rigid with brute force. Everything went incredible fast, no matter how hard she tried, her brother's hand slipped from hers and she was dragged away from him.
Liam landed hard on the ground, the fall pushed every bit of air out of his lunges and for a moment his vision turned black. As his consciousness turned back, he was still lying on the ground, for a few moments he refused to move, listening into his body, he seemed alright, nothing broken, perhaps a few bruises, but nothing dramatic. Slowly he sat up, still feeling pretty dizzy and looked around, what had happened? Where was his sister? Right, his memories came back, something had dragged her away in the portal. He stood up, too fast, the world turned around him and he almost could feel how his stomach turned in the opposite direction. Falling back on his knees again, heavy breathing, he tried to gather his mind together, he had lost his sister somehow, again. What could he do? First, he needed to find out where he was, as slowly as he could, he turned his head, he could see grass, a few trees, something similar to a road that didn't help him further. However, his head started to ache and the black butterflies in front of his eyes return, he was about to lose consciousness again...
Eden's shoulder hit the ground at first, followed by her sword in its scabbard and she felt how the cross-guard of her sword ram painfully into her hip. The momentum of her movement had rolled her on her back and it took a few moments before the black butterflies in front of her vanish. She huffed a few times, she was fine, her bones were still whole, the only thing that ached her was the part where she had collided with her sword. Her hip would probably turn black and blue on that spot, but else she seemed fine. With a swift movement she stood up, right she had lost Liam in the portal, something had pulled her away. So her mission was now to find her brother. Probably it would help finding out where she was at first. Her head turned around, exploring her surroundings, but everything seemed so foreign, she wasn't even sure if she was standing between houses or walls, she looked up, the sky seemed different more like cave wall and she could hear voices. However, she couldn't understand a word and it sounded more like a giant place, an uneasy feeling rose up inside her. What had happened? Where was she?
