#SJSUWalkOut is to protest the increases in tuition proposed by the CSU Board of Tuition. If you’re not having any of this tuition rubbish meet outside of Cesar Chavez Monument, tomorrow, March 1st!
“As CFA’s recent report Equity Interrupted made clear, the significant changes in the population of students means CSU campuses represent the diversity of California, yet the public funding for higher education has decreased.
For the good of the institution and for the good of California’s youth, CFA is advocating that the state raise more money for this public institution.
This protest coincides with a nationally organized set of protests against the Trump administration’s appointments and stated policies that negatively effect higher education in particular.”
