What it means to have friends in the health profession, got a call to pick up a care packet for the #Nigerian trip which half the things I never brought on my prior trips to Africa from oral rehydration salts, ear plugs, antacids, anti-diarrheal meds, insect repellent, sunscreen, pain meds, sanitizer and last but not least a face mask.
