Cold Crushing

After drinking multiple liters of hot tea with lemon and honey (thanks iavnanav) last night I feel better. Boom.

It did, actually!  If I feel a cold coming, I drink 2L of cranberry juice, have a stupid-hot bath, and get a solid sleep and I'm usually significantly better in the morning.  When I went to bed last night I didn't expect to make it out of bed today, but I've made it to work and gotten stuff done.

And the chips TOTALLY helped the feelings and pms...I do need some better solutions though :P
