going absolutely crazy over the i am your beast soundtrack right now because why is it so obscenely secret filled. the level select music and the piece that plays during the level 'Javert and Valjean' not only contain leitmotifs of one another but are directly linked VIA slashes in their titles to spell out HOME // WRECKER. almost all of the songs that play while you talk to Byron include morse code that translates to "do not trust him he flies the helicopter". The song that plays when you finally meet Byron extends the Les Misérables theming with the title "the stars are black and cold" - a lyric from Javert's Suicide. WHY is this shit so complicated why is there so much characterization and metaphor in my fucking hour long movement shooter STOOOP STOP IT
