Homeward bound! What an amazing weekend in Vegas. I am so grateful for the opportunities afforded to me that help me bring education about #IBD to patients and families affected by #Crohns & #UlcerativeColitis . I love these conferences because I always walk away it’s more info and a reaffirmation in my work with other advocates.
