My love is like a flower field, Varied hues all blending, Gentle leaves and sturdy lips, And in the wind they’re bending.
I sit for a while with the gentle folk, To contemplate their love, They speak to me in whisperers, And many colored moods.
As I wander through the fields, The flowers close their faces, And I look upon the moon, In one of its glorious phases.
