Finally was able to attract someone’s attention and I’m back in bed. I’m exhausted! Woke up at 3 needing pain meds; then I needed to go to the washroom, twice. #ibsdflareup. Then I realized that the nurse or the aide didn’t give me the call bell. Ugh. Not feeling good.
