This is a story about humanity.

Because what are we without them?

This is the story of people who fell in and out of love, who lied, laughed, and above all, lived.

Because in the mid to late 1970s, while the muggles were obsessing over the monarchy, the sex pistols, and the legalization of weed, the magical world was going through something very, very different.

But let's not get ahead of ourselves. They're young. They still get excited about weed, anarchy, and punk...

Or, well, they were young.

For proof that I’m actually working on chapter 11(out before new years):

“Alexander Hamilton was kind of a slut.”

James closed the book Pete’d been reading on his fingers.

“Don’t use that word.”

Sirius groaned, “Why the fuck does Remus have to be patrolling right now? We need him for this stupid muggle studies project, and he’s the backbone of Wormy’s idiot plan.”

James rolled his eyes as Peter spluttered out an incoherent reply.

He was trying to plan some team building exercises for quidditch, but it was pretty useless when some of them weren’t even talking. That morning the gryffindor team had played the worst he’d ever seen.

“Hey cocksuckers, do any of you know where Remus and Lily are right now?”

“Patrolling,” Sirius responded, not looking up from his book.

“Yes, you dumb fuck, I’m aware. I mean where physically, like in the castle.”

James slid the map out of his pocket.

“Sixth floor, window by the east wing.”

Mary rolled her eyes at him and left.

After writing and subsequently crossing out twelve other ideas, he looked up to see Sirius and Peter staring at him like he was bleeding from the head. 

He grinned. Peter grimaced. Sirius’s book clipped him on the ear.

“Wow, real mature.” He said.

“Just like how you’re handling this whole situation?” Sirius replied, summoning his book back to his lap.

James sent a shelf of dictionaries after him.

“There is no situation.”

Peter snickered, but there was no time to reply, for at that very moment, Madam Pince came careening around the corner, looking absolutely murderous.

“HOW DARE YOU MISHANDLE THESE BOOKS. OUT. OUT. NOW.”

Current WIP’s

Sooo I’m currently working on a shit ton of different wip’s(aren’t we all lol) but I feel kinda bad abt how long every chapter of IBT is taking to put out(i promise I do actually have like a decently busy life too lol) so here’s proof(titles) I’ve got other goodies coming soon(ish) too:

1. the Canadian storage unit AU(no further details will be given)

2. Gorgeous(character study/one shot slight AU from Lily’s perspective)

3. That Specific Jily Challenge story( 🤭 😊)

4. early 2010′s highschool freshman to university freshmen NYE party AU out around this NYE hopefully

5. Obviously some IBT extras and the next chapter, as well as a couple flashback one shots that I’ve been writing to get into the characters better

6. Oh i fucking love this one no details will be given tho

anyways no promises but at least one of these besides next IBT chap will probs be out before 2023 starts

Remus raised his eyebrows,

“Isn’t there quidditch practice tomorrow at 5?” But she was already halfway down the hall.

Lily shrugged, “Mary Macdonald doesn’t need sleep. She runs on sugar, alcohol, and vibes. Want to have a smoke before dinner?”

Good lord, he missed hanging out with Lily.

Sorry about going AWOL, I was on vacation with the fam. Now that I’m back, more work will be done on IBT 10. ALSO I feel bad for not saying this beforehand so expect some snazzy snippets coming soooonnnnn*<:D
