Mala sends the most detailed graphs to Faba. Sure she doesn't *have* to get her work reviewed so much, but they both enjoy the data.
If this was anyone else, Faba would think Mala is buttering him up for a promotion or something. But since this is one of his two favourite employees, he looks her numbers over.
