When you have a russet potato, some time to kill and want a pretty #FoodPorn Instagram photo. I give you: The Crispy Potato Stack. Not my invention or idea, but I wanted to try and make one. It’s a thinly sliced potato, stacked together, squared, then deep fried. What you get is layers of crispiness with a soft center. Think a cross between a tater tot and a french fry. Top it off with sea salt and fresh cracked pepper and a thyme sprig for taste/color. #iCanCookandBake #NomNomNom
