Gained 1kg in the past two weeks, paid in a week losing 1,5kg 🙌💪 already lost 9kgs from my heaviest weight in September 💛💛 #icantbelieveivecomethisfar #goodjob #kucop. Some people told me i look bigger not skinnier, it made me wanna stop this diet at that time. Idk they're just being real or they're just those who don't compliment 😌 wkwk but i keep on going no matter what others say. i believe in the number of the scale. The number isn't the most important thing, but it keeps you on track. You can't cheat yourself because the scale tells you the truth. 😂 (at Sanam Chai, Songkhla, Thailand)
