What's your opinion on Ruby and Yang's teammates? Think the four of them can compare to STRQ?

“Heh, no one can compare to team STRQ, and that’s not necessarily a bad thing. As for Weiss and Blake… I was surprised that a Schnee would go to Beacon, but it seems like a good sign that she’s got a little more rebellion in her than the Ice Queen, even if Ruby does describe her as ‘bossy’. I think Blake is her own worst enemy, but if she can get past that everything will go smoothly for her, and she does care about her team deeply. I think they’ll go farther than we ever could have.”

“Okay... looks like I’ve got everything about ready...” Neon surveyed the bathroom counter. Beacon’s amenities for exchange students weren’t quite up to par with Atlas, but she was nothing if not flexible. The bathrooms had running water and mirrors, which was more than enough. She poked her face closer to her eclectic assortment of accessories. 

There were a few makeup containers--simple things like foundation, blush, lip gloss, and eyeliner. Then there were all of her hairties, rings, stickers...oh! And the glitter. Tonight would be heavy on the glitter. She was busy entertaining all of the possible combinations that she could put together when her scroll lit up.

It was a message from Flynt.

“Schnee’s a no-go. You ever get in touch with the blonde?”

Neon’s eyes shot wide open when she remembered. She had just assumed that the Schnee girl and...oh, what was her name...uhmm...oh, right! Yang! Anyways, she had assumed that they would just come to the party together, but Neon had promised to follow up with a text, just to make sure. She had made a point to get the girl’s number after their match, and it would be a shame if things ended up falling through just because she forgot to send a message.

“I am on it! You didn’t think that i’d like forget or something did you” 

She could feel Flynt’s exasperation in the ellipses that appeared when he started typing. She decided to save that conversation for later--she opened up Yang’s contact.

“Heyyyy~ Are you still down to hang out tonight? Flynt and I have this great little get together in mind. It’ll be a good way to loosen up before the finals coming up!”
