I dont know if i can be considered canon compliant or divergent when there's hardly any canon information about me. I do remember everything we know, so i guess that would make me canon compliant.

but i also remember stuff that. well. wasn't mentioned in canon. so idk if that counts as being divergent. um. like how Henrik was not nice to me!!! very distinctly gross, if i remember correctly!!! I don't like thinking about that very much. I don't like him. Never really love-loved my wife either, so i guess that's canon divergence. She was nice to me though! I just dont think i ever love-loved anyone.

I dont really know what im doing here. I guess it's just. A little nicer, here? I'm anonymous. The fandom for my source doesn't have a lot of fictives or fictionkins, at least not in the online spaces i'm in, and im assuming of the ones that are there, i wouldn't be... uhm. well received. because i was a bad person. I'm not a bad person anymore though!!! But it doesn’t change that i did horrible, horrible things. I'm truly so sorry to anyone out there who came from where I did, who suffered from my hands. I already sent an ask apologizing to those i knew the names of, or learned later, but there were more, never learned their names and i don't get a chance to here.

I think I'm tired. I might take a break from everything for a while. But i'm lying to myself. Ive never been quite good on following through on things...

canon comforts. as icarus, my comfort was my hobby! music. the thing that kept me sane, or...relatively sane. music was the connection point between me and the rest of humanity, and even when i couldn't reach anyone, i still had music. i listened to the same songs over and over again, and then i'd hear new ones, each one was a unique gift that made it worth it to keep going for a little while longer. i kept telling myself that there were still songs i hadn't heard. and when i made it back to earth, i found out i was right!!

making my own music was also very comforting. the act of creation is a very good way to keep the mind occupied. and hearing my own improvement...it was the greatest feeling.
