कोरोना वायरस (Coronavirus) के बाद आईसीसी ने कुछ दिशा-निर्देश जारी किये हैं जिन्हें मानना हर टीम के लिए जरूरी होगा, इसपर इरफान पठान (Irfan Pathan), आकाश चोपड़ा और मॉन्टी पनेसर ने सवाल खड़े किये हैं

नई दिल्ली. कोरोना वायरस (Coronavirus) ने क्रिकेट के खेल को बुरी तरह से जटिल बना दिया है. खिलाड़ियों को कोरोना वायरस से बचाने के लिए आईसीसी ने हाल ही में कुछ दिशा-निर्देश जारी किये हैं, जिसपर पूर्व भारतीय खिलाड़ी इरफान पठान, आकाश चोपड़ा ने सवाल खड़े किये हैं. साथ ही इंग्लैंड के पूर्व स्पिनर मॉन्टी पनेसर ने भी इसे अजीब करार दिया है. आकाश चोपड़ा, इरफान पठान और मॉन्टी पनेसर का मानना है कि क्रिकेट की बहाली को लेकर आईसीसी के कुछ दिशा निर्देश अव्यवहारिक हैं और इनकी समीक्षा की जरूरत है .

आईसीसी के दिशा-निर्देश पर सवाल पिछले सप्ताह अंतरराष्ट्रीय क्रिकेट परिषद (ICC) ने क्रिकेट की बहाली के संदर्भ में कई दिशा निर्देशों के सुझाव रखे थे जिनमें मैच से पहले 14 दिन के क्वारंटीन अभ्यास शिविरों का प्रावधान है . इनमें गेंद को छूने पर लगातार हाथों की सफाई, अभ्यास के दौरान बाथरूम जाने का कोई ब्रेक नहीं, चेजिंग रूम में कम से कम समय बिताना , गेंद पर लार के इस्तेमाल पर रोक और साथी खिलाड़ियों या अंपायरों से अपना सामान जैसे कैप, सनग्लास या तौलिया साझा नहीं करना शामिल है . भारत के पूर्व तेज गेंदबाज पठान ने कहा ,’ व्यक्तिगत खेल में सामाजिक दूरी बनाये रखी जा सकती है लेकिन टीम खेल में काफी कठिन है . मैच में स्लिप की जरूरत है तो क्या नहीं लगायेंगे .’

उन्होंने कहा ,’ यदि टीम 14 दिन के क्वारंटीन में है और कोरोना संक्रमण (COVID-19) की जांच होती है तो मुझे प्रक्रिया पर कोई ऐतराज नहीं है . मैच के दौरान अगर और दिशा निर्देश मिलते हैं तो मामला पेचीदा हो जायेगा . ऐसे में फिर क्वारंटीन की अवधि के क्या मायने .’ उन्होंने कहा ,’ सुरक्षा सर्वोपरि है लेकिन खेल को पेचीदा बनाकर नहीं . गेंदबाज या फील्डर हर बार गेंद को छूने पर हाथ सेनिटाइज करेगा तो काफी कठिन हो जायेगा . ‘आकाश चोपड़ा ने क्या कहा?

पूर्व सलामी बल्लेबाज आकाश चोपड़ा (Aakash Chopra) ने कहा कि हालात रोजाना बदल रहे हैं और ऐसे में अभी कोई दिशा निर्देश तय करना जल्दबाजी होगा . उन्होंने कहा ,’हर बार गेंद को छूने के बाद हाथ सेनिटाइज करना संभव ही नहीं है . वहीं स्वास्थ्य की दृष्टि से सुरक्षित माहौल में और सभी की जांच के बाद खेल होने पर अतिरिक्त उपायों की क्या जरूरत है .’ उन्होंने कहा ,’ अभी कुछ भी कहना जल्दबाजी होगा . खेल की बहाली के करीब पहुंचने में समय लगेगा और तभी कुछ कहा जा सकता है .’

इंग्लैंड के पूर्व स्पिनर पनेसर ने कहा कि इंग्लैंड और वेस्टइंडीज के बीच श्रृंखला से तस्वीर साफ होगी . उन्होंने कहा ,’ 14 दिन का क्वारंटीन जरूरी है . मुझे लगता है कि जुलाई में इंग्लैंड और पाकिस्तान के बीच श्रृंखला से अंतरराष्ट्रीय क्रिकेट की बहाली होगी . उसके बाद व्यवहारिक सुझाव मिल सकेंगे .’

ICC recommends 14-day isolation training camps, appointment of CMOs in guidelines

The ICC on Friday recommended appointing Chief Medical Officers and 14-day pre-match isolation training camps in its radical guidelines for resumption of international cricket after the novel coronavirus hiatus.

The International Cricket Council issued comprehensive guidelines aimed at resumption of cricket around the world while at the same time maintaining the highest safety protocols.
