Sounds like you're a tad dehydrated. Drink something with lots of electrolytes, or at least some water if you don't have anything like that. Also try eating something heavy like bread, you need that raw energy in your system.
idk if it's dehydration because I literally had 6 cups of water like throughout the two hours before I started running and I keep two bottles of water beside me during my run and I had already drank an entire bottle before I started feeling dizzy.
Thanks for the tips though! I might have been low on energy.
