Kata Saheber bari is actually a palace of Maharaja Mangal chanda.On the time, Neel revolution the dishonest and Neel Saheb killed somany unwilling Neel farmer hare and one day the demon neelkar saheb was killed and beheaded by a farmer. By that incident this palace is called Kata Saheber Bari (kuthi). Ichamati is the eyewitness of incident and she is flowing. The Neelkuthi is one side of the river and another side is parmadan (Bibhutibhusan Wildlife Senctuary). Here nature is very stingy.
