There may be many excellent arguments for incorporating ICCPR into Scottish law, but progressing the restoration of our independence definitely isn't one of them.

The following pages are an original book that was written as a personal library that was intended to help me survive a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth. This has endured for over 30 years or one generation since June 17, 1987. Almost all objects as books are contaminated. The following Open Letter Series are compilations that begin in 2005 and proceed in continuo. This format closes the concrete and legal history regrading many of the most important sworn and unsworn figures of the era. I have argued for Official Recognition from both the United States and United Nations. I do not appeal ad vericundium, ad populum or ad misericordium. I attempt adhere to basic standards of rights as Equal Protection and Due Process.

The Fall of the Anglo American Paradigm is an empirical historical event of which most historians attribute beginning towards the end of the Victorian Age. This seems contradictory as this coincides with emergence of the United States. Concrete events since June 17, 1987 indicate that University of Cambridge is the Authorship of expansion and contraction of the British Empire and Anglo American Paradigm.
